Coming to NMU Howard Lyman "The Mad Cowboy" FREE and open to everyone! The Northern Michigan University Sustainable Agriculture Club and Northern Vegans present Howard Lyman on Thursday, April 24 at 7 p.m. in the Great Lakes Room at the NMU University Center. Mr. Lyman wrote “Mad Cowboy”, “No More Bull”, and produced “Mad Cowboy-The Documentary” to chronicle his journey from a fourth generation cattle rancher to vegan advocate.
